The French Riviera Restaurant Los Cabos is the result of French Master Chef Jacques Chretiens passion for gourmet French cooking and over twenty years of experience as chef at some of the finest restaurants in France and Mexico.
As a Club Member, you will continue to enjoy the level of outstanding service and value that you have come to expect from Del Mar Development, but with some added benefits. The incredible French cuisine that has made French Riviera famous will be available within the elegant indoor/outdoor Fine Dinning Restaurant just open this past November 10th 2008 for dinner The Club Members will continue to enjoy preferred seating, a Member discount and the private wine cellar.
Beyond the restaurant, private Members-Only bistro-style dining at The Palapa By The Pool will feature breakfast, lunch and casual dinners, as well as a childrens menu and an incredible selection of the pastries and baked goods that have made French Riviera famous. The Bistro Palapa will also continue to serve club favorites, such as steaks, hamburgers and traditional Mexican specialties.
French Riviera will also be providing catering services to the Club Ninety Six Sailing catamaran, club events and private parties in your home. We look forward to delighting you with the delectable flavors of the French Riviera in our continuing pursuit of excellence.
In March of 2005 Chef Jacques Chretien was honored with the title of Maitre Cuisenaire de France, a distinction only bestowed upon the elite Chefs of the world. Chef Chretien is one of only five Chefs in Mexico who hold the title and he is the only French Master Chef in the Baja.
